Do you only work with LGBTQ+ couples?
Not at all! While I am deeply passionate about working within the LGBTQ+ community and have extensive experience doing so, I welcome couples of all identities and backgrounds. Whether you're part of the LGBTQ+ community, in a heterosexual relationship, or coming from a different cultural background, my goal is to celebrate your love story with inclusivity, respect, and authenticity. Every couple deserves a photographer who will truly capture their unique connection, and I approach every wedding with care and dedication to telling your individual story.

How did you get started in photography?
Photography has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn’t until after I studied Fashion Communication that I found my true love for capturing moments. My background in fashion allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail, creativity, and storytelling, which I now apply to every wedding and event I photograph. Over time, my work naturally gravitated toward the LGBTQ+ community, and it’s become the heart of what I do.

How do we book you?
Booking is simple! Just reach out via the contact form or email, and tell me about your event, including dates, type of shoot, and any special requests. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss availability and how we can make your event unforgettable!

How far in advance should we book you?
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons. Most couples book 6-12 months in advance, but I always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Don’t hesitate to reach out, and we can discuss your date!

Do you offer content creation or social media packages?
Yes! I offer content creation services for couples who want to share beautiful behind-the-scenes moments or curated content for social media. Ask me about Content By Matt, where I’ll create high-quality content for your day at a discounted rate.

What is included in your wedding packages?
My wedding packages are designed to be flexible, so you can choose what best suits your needs. Typically, packages include full-day coverage, a couples' photoshoot, family portraits, and a private online gallery with edited images. While I offer a range of packages, I believe in making every wedding bespoke to your needs. If you have special requests or want to adjust a package to fit your vision or budget, just let me know, and we can tailor it to suit you perfectly.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?
You can expect your images within 6-8 weeks. I take great care in editing each photo to ensure it meets my high standards. Once ready, I’ll send you a private online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints.

Do you travel for weddings and events?
Yes, I travel across the North East and beyond. Travel expenses may apply depending on the distance from Newcastle Upon Tyne. I’d love to be part of your celebration, no matter where it takes place!
